How do I order?

How can I order your products?

The easiest way is to order at www.friway.se. You may also email to info@friway.se, or call +46 8 600 05 50.

A shipping fee will be charged.

May I change my placed order if I forgot something  ?

You can place a new, additional order. Our system does not keep track of discounts in this case so please make sure you have not missed anything before you place the order.

Are shipping costs included?

If you order for a total amount of 1000 SEK or more, shipping costs are included. Shipping costs will be added with 50 SEK on all orders under 1000 SEK.

How secure is your website?

Our website has the highest SLL encryption

Payments/Invoicing

How can I pay?

You may pay with credit card or invoice through Klarna. Klarna also offers a partpayment  of the invoice every month. All invoices shall be paid within 10 days.

Do I get a receipt of my purchase when I pay through a credit card?

A reciept will be sent to the email adress you stated when you placed your order.

How does paying through an Invoice work?

You state your social security No (only Swedish residents) and the adress where you are listed will automatically picked up from a register that, at the same time, allows the credit. If you will be denied the credit you may pay with your credit card instead.

Do I get a Reciept of my purchase?

How do I recieve important information from you?

You can read about most matters on our website. If you have any questions please email to: info@friway.se or call: +46 8 600 05 50 between 9-14 Mondag to Thursday.

Do you have a "real" Shop?

No, we don´t but we´ll gladly send the produkts to you.You can also buy Friway products at our Resellers. 

When are you open?

Our webshop is open 24/7 and our telephone hours are Monday to Thursday 9-14.00.

Shipment 

Is it possible to order your products outside Sweden?

Yes, of course. The Shipping Costs will be slightly higher and the payment is with Credit card only.

What is your delivery time?

Friway delivers orders every weekday (not Hollidays). If the order is placed through our website before 15.00 the previous day, we guarantee your order will be sent the following day. If you place the order over the phone or as ordinary mail, it may take 1-2 days more.
