B- Vitamin Complex

B vitamins are important in many processes in the body. The cells need them, the metabolism needs them and the nervous system and blood need them. We also know that the older we get, the more common is B vitamin deficiencies. They are available in fruits and vegetables, but many eat too little of this alternatively they do not digest them perfectly therefore it is good for everybody to eat our vitamin B complex.

The tablets contain B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, Folic acid-B9 and B12. According to regulations we recommend 1-2 tablets daily, but in treatments much higher therapeutic doses may occur.

Vitamin B deficiencies may cause symptoms such as fatigue, anemia and numbness of the hands and feet. They are very important for the nervous system, the skin, the blood and reduce fatigue.
